The IMA hosts yearly events in the Marion Community. These events serve the Marion community by providing meals, fundraising, and community fellowship.
John W Mayes Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner
IA free Thanksgiving dinner is served each year the day before Thanksgiving. The dinner is open to anyone in the community that would like to attend. The event draws hundreds of volunteers from the IMA member churches. Each year hundreds of community guests are served at this meal.

Joy in the Park
Joy in the Park is an annual fundraiser event sponsored by the IMA that is hosted in one of the community parks. The event features items for auction, food, local entertainment, fellowship and fun. All funds raised are used to assist with the Annual Christmas "Adopt a Family".

Easter Sunrise Service
Join us each year for an Easter 6:00 am sunrise service at one of our IMA member churches. This is a time to bring our community together to worship the Risen Savior. Breakfast is served each year immediately following the sunrise service.

Christmas Adopt-A-Family
Each Christmas season the IMA seeks to adopt as many families that are financially able, that may have fallen on hard times. The desire of Adopt-A-Family is to help families celebrate the Christmas season with a smile.
